Five hundred applications is not a strategy.

Most auto-apply tools sell volume. RoleInbox is built for fit, and for your say.

Questions worth asking before you trust it.

  • Is it free to try?

Yes. Sign up, set your limits and send your first applications without paying. No card is needed to start. When you want to keep going, plans are on the pricing page.

  • Why not just use ChatGPT?

ChatGPT can write an answer if you paste in the question. It won’t find new roles, rule out the ones that miss your limits, fill in the company’s form, or keep a record of what you sent. RoleInbox does those things. It uses AI models too, but it drafts only from facts you approved, and anything they don’t cover comes to you.

  • What happens to my data?

Your résumé, your facts and your limits stay until you delete them or your account. We never sell your data, and we don’t train models on your documents. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Email support@roleinbox.com to export or delete your data at any time; we answer within 30 days. Receipts of what was sent are kept as a record and redacted, not erased, if you close your account.

  • Which job boards does it read?

Company job boards on Greenhouse and Workday. It doesn’t pull from job aggregators, and it doesn’t scrape or buy profile data about you.

  • Where can it submit applications?

It submits to Greenhouse. Workday roles still show in your feed with a link to the posting. If a form is on a board it can’t fill, it tells you and sends you to the form instead of trying.

  • Do I have to press submit?

Yes, by default. It prepares every answer, sorts them into needs you, proposed and filled, and hands the application back. You read it and press submit.

  • What does "approved facts" mean?

Answers are built from career facts you entered and approved, not from a guess about you. A question no approved fact covers goes to needs you. It will not invent work history to fill a box.

  • What will it refuse to do?

An answer that goes against a limit you set is never sent on its own. It is shown to you, with the conflict spelled out. It also refuses a form known to be broken and a board it can’t write to.

  • Does Auto mode send without me?

Only if you turn it on. Auto is off by default and turns on only after you confirm you understand it. It sends an application you opened once every answer is filled, and it fills questions no approved fact covers. The receipt marks those answers.
