  • Can I cancel the monthly plan?

    Yes. Monthly cancels anytime. Cancelling happens in Stripe’s customer portal, which opens from your account — there is no form to fill in and no email to send.

  • How does the 90-day pass renew?

    It is one payment of $119 covering 90 days, and it renews every 90 days rather than every month. It is a subscription like the monthly plan, cancelled in the same customer portal.

  • What is the founding offer?

    Your first 90 days are $89 instead of $119, then $119 every 90 days. It is a one-time discount applied at checkout to the 90-day pass only. The monthly plan is $49 either way.

  • Where do my card details go?

    To Stripe. Checkout and the customer portal are Stripe’s own pages, and card numbers never reach RoleInbox. What we store is whether your subscription is active.

  • I was sent a discount link. Does it stack?

    No — one discount per checkout. A coupon carried on a link replaces the founding offer for that checkout instead of adding to it, which is why there is no promotion-code box at payment.
