The service
RoleInbox finds job postings that fit the rules you set, prepares application answers from facts you approved, and, when you ask, submits applications on your behalf. It is in early access: features change, and it may be unavailable at times.
Your facts, your name
Every answer we prepare is built from facts you entered or approved. You are responsible for their truth. We refuse to invent work history, and we stop and ask when we cannot answer from your facts, but we cannot detect a false fact you approve. Applications go out in your name, and you own what they say.
Sending on your behalf
In Self serve and AI assist you press send. In Auto, which is off until you switch it on and acknowledge it, we send once every question is answered, and we mark any answer that did not come from one of your facts. You can switch Auto off at any time. We never cross a limit you set, and we do not use employer accounts or passwords.
No guarantee of outcome
We do not promise interviews or offers. Employers decide. We also depend on job boards and application systems we do not control; if one changes or blocks us, an application may not go through, and we tell you when that happens.
Payment
Plans are billed through Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page: monthly, or one payment for 90 days. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Acceptable use
One account per person, for your own job search. Do not use RoleInbox to apply for someone else, to send applications you do not intend, or to probe the systems we submit to. We may close accounts that do.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 90 days before the claim. We are not liable for decisions employers make.
